Understanding cryo storage
Malaysian Medical Council guidelines state that sperm, eggs, or embryos can be stored for up to five (5) years initially, which can be extended for another five (5) years upon your written request. If you continue payment of your annual storage fees after the first 5 years, we will consider this as a request to continue storage. After 10 years of storage, if you have not opted to move them to another country with different storage guidelines, we will have to dispose of your sperm, eggs, or embryos.
