Rajeswary Sathiaseelan

Rajeswary joined Sunfert Group in 2016 as an Executive in Customer Service and was later promoted to Assistant Manager, Quality. She brings with her 8 years of experience managing the Quality Management System (QMS) at Sunfert Group, along with 7 years of prior experience in healthcare management across various functions, bringing her total experience in the healthcare industry to 15 years.

Rajeswary leads the Quality, Risk & Compliance function at Sunfert Group, overseeing the effective implementation of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies across all centres.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, she collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) standards.

She brings a strategic and proactive approach to quality assurance - identifying opportunities for improvement, conducting internal audits, and driving initiatives that enhance patient safety, operational excellence, and regulatory readiness.

In her role, Rajeswary also leads compliance-related training, policy updates, and internal reviews, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence throughout the Sunfert Group.
